Rosemarie has lived in Papamoa since 1977, enjoying all this coastal paradise has to offer and has no desire to live anywhere else. She believes it is easy to sell what you love.Rosemarie has been involved in many community organizations, in particular, Papamoa Playcentre and Papamoa Primary school on a voluntary basis, as a member of the school Board of Trustees and then later as the paid administrator. She has also in the past, enjoyed many years with Papamoa Surf Lifesaving Club, as a committee member, qualified lifeguard, running the Junior Surf organization and running and competing in National IRB competition (inflatable rescue boats).Having passed her Real Estate qualification in October 2000, Rosemarie commenced working in the industry and has never looked back. Being a people person with a positive and outgoing attitude, Rosemarie has been able to achieve great results for both vendors and purchasers alike.
